Well, we have two weeks left of the 2011-12 school year. It has been a big and busy year. I have to say I am VERY excited about it being over. I am trying to think about the wonderful summer we are going to have and not think about how short it is going to be :( I cannot believe we are starting July 27. Ok, not going there. It is also very sad because Cole will no longer be at CKP at Madison. This has been very tough for me. I knew that I loved CKP, but going into to daycares and being forced to find another one has been very hard. I am keeping my fingers crossed that Cole will be accepted into a daycare in Mt. Juliet called Kids Kountry Club. I know a few friends who go there and love it. It is right by Casey's work, so that will be huge! Casey can take him to school every morning and even maybe pick ups in the afternoon during his slower months. That will be so nice. Right now I have had to do it all, so it will be nice to share.
This has been a hard and stressful year for me. I am ready to put it in the books. At the beginning of the year I thought it was being a new mom and adjusting to working outside the house (which I am sure was an adjustment) but it has been a hard year in general. I was talking to one of the big wigs at central office and she said it has probably been one of the hardest years in the past 20. So I am glad to know it isn't just me, but I really hope there is light at the end of the tunnel :)

The weather has been beautiful here. I would love for it stay just like this all summer (upper 70's/low 80's). I am already trying to plan things out for me and my little man, but not too much. I want to enjoy it. So far we have Tuesday, story time at the library and Wednesday, swimming at Sandy's. Then we will have to make some plans with our friends for playdates and lunches. Yay!! I am so ready!
