6 months! Where does the time go?

What a joy he is....Cole is SO funny! he makes us laugh everyday. He has changed so much this past month as far as things he does. He LOVES to jump in the exersaucer, yell and talk as loud as he can, rock back and forth on his knees, stick his foot in his mouth and scoot backwards and in circle motions. He has also realized we have a dog, Bella. He thinks she is so funny. He just laughs when he sees her. Sometimes you will see him looking around for her and when he spots her he just laughs. It is so cute! He is all boy and tough as can be. He loves sleeping with a blanket now too! At first I was scared about him having it. He pulls it straight up to his face and sucks his tongue. This is how he goes to sleep everyday and for naps as well. He also is eating more solid foods. At first he was hit or miss, he would really want it or not really be interested. I am wondering if he has seen the kids at school eat it and now he is more curious. He has eaten rice, oatmeal, carrots, green beans, apples, pears, bananas, and blueberries. So far he has been a fan of them all.

See it does go in my mouth

I love to jump

I love seeing his cute little smiling face every morning :)

Exhausted after a fun day at school

Hanging out with my mom
Here are the sticker 6 month pictures. I can tell that these are going to be a little more difficult to take from here on out. He kept wanting to roll over, grab the bear, or eat the bear. We were just laughing the whole time we took these pictures.
This is SO exciting!

Nice bear...nice bear...just petting him mom :)
Still looking cute, maybe they will not notice if I get the bear

I cant take it, must grab and put bear in mouth

Ok mom I will put him down

Slowly getting bear back, but smiling to throw them off :)

A visit from Aunt Beth and Grandmother

Cole and Grandmother
That would be Cole's Great Grandmother and Great Aunt Beth. This is Casey's mom, Karen, sister and mother. They came to see Cole this past weekend from Georgia. It had been way to long since we had seen them. It was so nice to just hang out and visit all weekend. We met them Friday night for dinner at Longhorn and then on Saturday morning we met over at Lincoln and Pam's to hang out for the day. Of course the guys had to watch a little football in there as well. Arkansas had a big game vs. Texas A&M, which they pulled through to win, coming back from being down by 18 points at half time. Needless to say it got a little loud in the TV room at times :)
Cole and Uncle Lincoln watching the game

Grandmother and Beth thought Cole was just the best little thing, which we agreed. We also talked about how much his Grams would of loved him. It was a little bitter sweet. Aunt Beth and Karen resembled each other a lot, but more than resembling each other they sound so much a like. I feel like if I close my eyes I would think she was talking to me. It is hard to believe that this month it will be 6 years that we lost her. It just so happens that Cole will turn 6 months on the 6 year anniversary of her death, October 13th. We miss her dearly, but know that she is watching over us and so happy that Cole is in our lives.
